Welcome, I'm glad you've found your way here. Are you looking for a like-minded community? You'd like to cultivate healthy habits, simply move more and to get some fresh air? Starting July 2023 we have the chance to get together and practice Yoga in the Parque da Cidade in Aveiro or at Praia da BarraNo matter if you only want to improve your strength, stability and mobility for the performance on the surfboard, if you're searching for some rest within your busy daily routine or if you're completely new to Yoga and just wanna try something new - everyone is very welcome to join.

No matter if you wanna join for classes at the beach or in the park, this pass is for you, if you wanna integrate Yoga into your weekly routine and cultivate the practice on a deeper level. I'm very happy to meet you weekly on the mat.


Vinyasa Flow: Imagine to reset your system surrounded by peaceful nature in company of like minded people, nourish your body, mind & soul with yoga asana practice, meditation and breathing exercises (Pranayama). Vinyasa yoga, also called "flow" because of the smooth way the movement and breath is put together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Its like a meditation in movement, while you connect deeply with your body and its needs. 

Surf Mobility Flow: In this class we focus on different areas that require extra awareness when surfing a lot. We will work on shoulder mobility in terms of recovery for healthy, strengthen the shoulders to improve paddle power and focus on core stability and hip openers to stay loose on the board. 

Gentle Flow: After a long day at work you're craving for some rest? To quiet the mind and relax the body. Then the gentle Flow is the perfect match for you. We will slowly work through the whole body for more flexibility and soften the areas where we hold any tension. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

*Please bring your own Yogamat and towel to any class. Payments can also be done in cash or via MBway
